Welcome to Earth Tribes

We exist to connect and serve the good stewards of Earth, and amplify what’s possible when we work together. Our intention is to plant seeds for collaboration among community members so that we can significantly amplify the impact of our efforts to heal and restore our planet.

Our interactive Community platform connects scientists, conservation professionals, grassroots leaders, healers, and ecopreneurs. In addition to nature and climate-focused discussion spaces, we also host themed events for us to connect.

Earth Tribes is also focused on the human element in support of those who work tirelessly to restore our planet. This is the inspiration for our Heal the Healers space, offering courses, live events, and resources to empower the heroes dedicated to restoring and healing Earth.

Earth Tribes gathers around a virtual, always-on showcase of planet-healing work, which we call the Continuous Climate Conference. The CCC showcases the important and inspiring work of a growing list of organizations around the world working to restore the climate, revitalize ecosystems, and rewild our planet.

The people doing the most critical work on Earth are also the most under-resourced.

The guardians delivering essential climate work are often operating on volunteer labor and shoestring budgets. We’re talking about our planet’s restoration leaders who are replanting mangroves in Indonesia, protecting wildlife corridors in the Americas, and teaching regenerative agriculture in Kenya. Their work is undeniably essential for life on Earth, yet there’s a  disconnect.

Financing for ecosystem restoration and regenerative initiatives needs to quadruple by 2030 to meet the scale of our planetary crisis. This gap between urgency and available resources for those doing the work is unnecessarily enormous.

People for Planet Philanthropy bridges this divide by  resourcing the heroes standing for the  recovery, regeneration, and thriving of the natural world.

We facilitate direct connections between climate-conscious philanthropists and grassroots organizations delivering proven impact. Our showcase currently features leaders like Saïdou Temé in Mali, delivering food security solutions and climate resilience measures.

These are the changemakers we’re centering: BIPOC-led organizations and groups in the Global South doing work that rarely gets seen by the people who could help fund it. People for Planet Philanthropy is an interconnected web of partnerships among Earth stewards worldwide, where 100% of contributions flow directly to organizations doing the work.

Here’s how it works: Philanthropists choose the missions that call to them, and stay connected through impact updates and opportunities for meaningful engagement. Our Partnership program guides grassroots organizations in turning funding into lasting, scalable impact, as well as building the capacity to attract additional investment.

Whether you’re a donor looking to invest in the leaders doing frontline restoration work, or a partner called to support this movement in your own way, reach out and start a conversation. From there, the ripple reaches farther than you might expect.

Money isn’t the only thing that isn’t reaching them. The people doing the most vital ecological work on Earth are also rarely the ones with the biggest platforms. Their stories are earned through sacrifice and alive with urgency, but they don’t usually reach the people who could act on them.

Earth Steward Storytelling is changing that. Through proven structure and deep practice, we help grassroots leaders craft and deliver the stories that move people from awareness to action. When a leader can say what they do, why it matters, and what’s at stake in a way that actually lands, their stories travel farther. More gets funded. More gets protected. More people join the work.

Along the way, something else happens: participants cultivate a new connection to the power of their own voice.
